Acceptance and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pk ok platform and its associated services. By accessing the pk ok website or mobile application, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. This document shall remain in effect as the primary agreement between pk ok and the user.

pk ok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Registration

A valid account must be created to use pk ok's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Registering with false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of those accounts will be suspended upon detection and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password strictly confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, it is your responsibility to notify pk ok support immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

pk ok reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If a national identity card or other government document is requested, failure to provide it within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on pk ok is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or carry out any financial transaction on this platform. We are firmly committed to protecting minors from gaming.

If a user is found to have created an account in violation of the age requirement, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be cancelled.

• Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Bangladesh
• Must be at least 21 years of age (for 21+)
• Must not have had a pk ok account previously closed for any reason
• Must act on your own behalf and use your own funds

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods are accepted for financial transactions on pk ok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (by any method)
• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Any activity related to money laundering or suspicious transactions is strictly prohibited

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals are approved for verified accounts only
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (for security purposes)
• Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met

pk ok reserves the right to verify any transaction and temporarily place it on hold if necessary. Additional verification documents may be requested in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

pk ok offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own conditions, and failure to comply with them may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Conditions

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once (may vary depending on the offer)
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will cancel the bonus
• Bonuses cannot be treated as direct cash
• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means may result in account closure
• If multiple people from the same household or device claim a bonus, verification may be required

Betting and Game Rules

All gaming activities on pk ok — slots, live casino, sports betting, baccarat, roulette — are governed by specific rules. Each game has its own applicable rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

6.1 General Betting Conditions

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded
• If an error or inconsistency is found in any game, pk ok reserves the right to conduct a related review
• Any funds won by exploiting software or platform vulnerabilities will be forfeited

6.2 Sports Betting

pk ok's set odds apply when placing bets on cricket, football and other sports events. Conditions for in-play bets may differ slightly. If a match is abandoned, postponed or suspended indefinitely, pk ok's market policy will apply.

6.3 Live Casino

When participating in live games from providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, the rules of that provider also apply. The live dealer's decision is considered final, though pk ok may intervene in cases of technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk ok platform. Accounts found to be in violation of these rules will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors for an advantage
• Placing bets using bots, automated tools or artificial intelligence
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes collectively
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts against the platform

We monitor all activity using advanced security systems. If suspicious behaviour is detected, the relevant authorities may be informed.

Account Suspension and Closure

pk ok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any reason, particularly for violations of these Terms. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals and betting will be restricted.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact pk ok via live chat or email. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by pk ok

If pk ok closes an account due to a breach of Terms, fraud or any other serious reason, the user concerned will be informed of the reason within a reasonable time. Any legitimate balance, excluding funds subject to forfeiture, will be returned where possible.

• pk ok will not be liable for losses caused by issues with the user's own device
• pk ok will not be liable for losses arising from changes in market conditions
• Limited liability applies in the case of delays or errors by third-party payment gateways

In any situation, pk ok's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount of the relevant transaction. Claims for indirect, incidental, or special damages will not be accepted.

Changes and Amendments

pk ok reserves the right to change, revise, or completely reissue these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
